I myself am not actually that stressed. Having had my stress level go through the roof last Monday and again today, I've now got to the point where I have so much stress that I feel calm again. It's like my body's self-defence mechanism goes "Too much adrenaline here, this isn't helping, if the levels go up any more we'll die. No, not having any of it. Let's shut down the adrenaline bit for the moment". My body's very odd, but kinda cool sometimes ;)
