Seen elsewhere in lj today: Hang in there, and know you've got good friends and internet stalkers rooting for you.

Moyashi soba was ok, btw, but the cooking times given in the Wagamama Cookbook were insanely short. I'm still unsure how it's possible to cook tofu from raw to crispy in less than 15 minutes without a deep-fat fryer.
