In the ideal world, I wouldn't have delayed sleep phase syndrome. And then, following a weekend of nowhere near enough sleep on an airbed which has lately started insisting on deflating halfway through the night (despite no hole being visible), I'd be able to get an early night. As it is, I predict I'll want to go to bed about 10pm tonight, but be unable to switch off my brain before 2am because that's how my body works. Grrr.
