Yeah, Bullet For My Valentine, usually seen playing large stages at the festival circuit, decided for some bizarre reason to play a secret show at a club in Kingston-upon-Thames, about 15 minutes walk from my house. I'm not sure why since they're not even local - they're a Welsh band. Ah well.

Set list:
No Way Out
4 Words (To Choke Upon)
You Want a Battle? (Here's a War)
Raising Hell
Scream Aim Fire (which I could swear Matt announced as "Sploodge Aim Thunder")
Alone
Worthless
Last Fight
Army of Noise
Tears Don't Fall
Your Betrayal
Waking the Demon
Sound was crappy for the first couple of songs but then improved a lot. The only other problem was that Bullet did that thing they do of playing their fast songs even faster so they sound weird.
We're supposed to be going to see them again on 3rd October in Guildford, of all places. (Since their last album was a bit of a disaster, instead of playing arenas, it's like they got the Book of Crap Towns and decided to tour there.) Although I don't seem to have a booking reference for the tickets, so I'll have to email them tomorrow to check.
